A female pedestrian was killed attempting to cross a street against a green light in the Mission Bay Park area on Wednesday, July 15. The woman was struck in the 2600 block of Ingraham Street around 9:30 p.m., San Diego Police Department Officer Robert Heims said. The unidentified victim died at a hospital, Heims said.
