The 18th annual San Diego Giving Back Raffle benefiting Ronald McDonald House Charities of San Diego is giving ticket holders an opportunity to win a multimillion-dollar home one block from the Pacific Beach shoreline, along with thousands of other prizes.
The Giving Back Raffle is awarding more than $5 million in exceptional prizes ranging from luxury vehicles, once-in-a-lifetime experiences, and desirable home goods and is guaranteeing every participant wins a prize.
Ticket holders may win a house while their contributions support San Diego’s Ronald McDonald House in its mission to provide a “home away from home” for more than 15,000 family members each year. Proceeds from the raffle help provide essential funds to enable San Diego Ronald McDonald House to offer lodging, meals, and other services to help keep families close during their child’s hospitalization.
This year’s grand prizewinner is guaranteed to be awarded at least $1 million in cash. Subject to a minimum number of ticket sales, the grand prizewinner could have the choice of a multimillion-dollar luxury home in Pacific Beach, a $3 million annuity, or $1.8 million in cash. The home features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a studio suite with its own washer and dryer; and an entertainer’s kitchen with dual islands, high-end appliances and doors that open to an outdoor patio.

Single raffle ticket prices are $150, with discounted multi-ticket packages and add-on tickets also available. The earlier participants purchase raffle tickets, the more chances they have to win in the special “early bird” drawings. The first early bird ticket deadline is May 6, and the winner of this drawing receives the choice of a 2022 Mercedes-Benz EQS 450+ sedan, a private air and sail experience in New Zealand for four guests, or $100,000 cash. Raffle participants also have the opportunity to buy an “add-on ticket” for the chance to win more than $20,000 in available prizes each week, including vehicles, once-in-a-lifetime experiences or luxury timepieces.
