Does anybody know this couple? Photographer Jay Gould captured the moment on March 25 at 8 p.m. in Pacific Beach and would like to share it with the couple. Gould was part of a group of photographers connected with Pacific Photography Society group out to do a shoot in Pacific Beach and specifically Crystal Pier.
