Nightmare on Normal: 7 – 10 p.m., Hillcrest’s Halloween celebration with a grand prize of $1000. General Admission, $10, VIP, $50 and include unlimited drinks of Tito’s Handmade Vodka, takes place at Normal Street at University Ave. under the flag.
