Dinner With A View invites San Diegans to experience an unusual dining event this winter. Attendees will be seated in intimate clear frameless geodesic domes that have been transformed into terrariums, each highlighting unique terrains found across the world. The premium pop-up experience will be located in Liberty Station’s Central Promenade and will feature 33 individual domes. The dining event will launch Feb. 6, and will run through March 8.
“We have been watching the San Diego food scene explode in recent years and knew this was the perfect city for our next pop-up event,” said event organizer Steve Georgiev. “Dinner With A View offers the magical and memorable dining experience we know San Diego has been craving, set in the heart of one of the city’s most prized communities, Liberty Station,” Georgiev said. “We cannot wait for everyone to come together for an enchanting evening under the stars.”
Guests in attendance will enjoy a delicious three-course blind menu featuring meat, fish and vegan options prepared by an acclaimed chef, who will be announced at a later date. Each course will be specially prepared using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. A full beverage menu will be available offering guests a variety of drinks for purchase during their reservation. The thoughtful dinner and beverage menus are paired together to add to this distinctive dining occasion.
Beginning Feb. 6, Dinner With A View will offer three daily seatings at 5:30 p.m., 7:30 p.m., and 9:30 p.m. Those interested in attending are encouraged to sign up at dinnerwithaview.ca to receive early access, event updates, and special offers. Dome reservations are priced at $199.99 and dinner reservations are set at $109.99 per guest. Each dome reservation requires a minimum of four guests and can accommodate up to six guests.
