A 46-year-old male was riding his 2016 Lance Scooter southbound Rosecrans Street in the No. 2 lane about 10:20 p.m. on March 2. A 51-year-old male was driving his 2002 Ford Utility truck northbound on Rosecrans. He turned into the left turn lane to go westbound on Hancock Street. The truck made the left turn and broadsided the scooter. The rider of the scooter sustained a fracture to the right femur. He was transported to the hospital with non life threatening injuries.
