Cowboy Balladeer Tom Hiatt will grace D.G. Wills Books with his western vocal stylings on April 15. Hiatt is winner of the Academy of Western Artists 2011 “Will Rogers Cowboy Award” for best western song, as well as the recipient of the Arizona 2010 “Spirit of the West Alive”?Award. Along with the Sundown Riders, Hiatt, the official cowboy balladeer of the Olaf Wieghorst Museum and Back Country Horsemen of Arizona, will entertain guests with ballads in the style of Marty Robbins, Michael Martin Murphey, Roy Rogers and the Sons of the Pioneers from noon to 3 p.m. D.G.
