La Jolla artist Jane Bishop is exhibiting her watercolors, such as "Torrey Pines Brocade," through the end of March at Alcala Gallery, 950 Silverado St. Works included in “From the Beach to Borrego” were painted on location, including some La Jolla scenes. Bishop also has designed and sold fabrics using tritic, an African tie-dye method, and works with the Legal Aid Society’s San Diego Homeless Advocacy Program.
