This month the Hillcrest Business Association is putting on a Shop Hillcrest for the Holidays promotion — the more you buy, the more raffle tickets you collect from local merchants. The winner will receive a grand prize of a $1,000 shopping spree, and there are other prizes for runners-up as well. All you have to do is buy something at any of the participating shops, restaurants or spas before Dec. 17.
