A 28-year-old male was driving his Toyota Prius northbound on Rosecrans Street about 6 a.m. on June 19. He fell asleep at the wheel and drifted into the northbound lanes of traffic. He hit a Hyundai Sonata driven by a 39-year-old female. The female suffered a serious but non life threatening injury to her leg. Traffic Division is investigating.
