Vogel, himself a trainer of many yoga teachers across the United States and Europe, will reveal techniques on absorbing your mind in inner quietude and arriving at a clear, unhindered contact with your authentic identity. A vegetarian potluck will be provided, and the program includes a free meditation CD for the first 15 signees. Attendance is $100 and includes a Yoga for Life class.
