“SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment will continue to pay our full-time ambassadors during this period.

Due to the recent change in operations, you will be refunded for any tickets or in-park experiences that you were not able to use during the time that the park was temporarily closed.
Can I reschedule my trip/event for a later date?
Yes, for guests whose plans are impacted by the recent change in operations, we will be allowed to rebook through 2021, without fees.
I booked my trip to SeaWorld through a third-party vendor can you help me?

I have a vacation package. Can I get a ticket refund if I cancel my trip?
