Scripps Ranch High School student Katrina Salehyan was named Miss Cabrillo Festival 2017 at the Miss Cabrillo Festival competition held at UPSES Hall in Point Loma on March 26. Salehyan will represent the Cabrillo Festival at events in Ensenada and San Diego during the Cabrillo Festival in late September.
