A 27-year-old male was on a motorized scooter, traveling southbound 3900 Ocean Front Walk about 10:30 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 27. He put his foot down to stop and fell off the scooter, fracturing his lower left leg. He was transported to a local hospital by medics.
