The top property management, leasing, maintenance, and industry partners in the region were honored earlier this month with the 2022 Mark of Excellence Awards recognizing outstanding achievements in the rental housing industry. Twenty-seven awards in 14 categories were announced at the Southern California Rental Housing Association event held at the Town and Country Hotel in San Diego.
“It was a privilege to recognize Ernest Rady, chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of American Assets Trust, with the Industry Achievement Award,” said Alan Pentico, executive director – Southern California Rental Housing Association. “He has more than 40 years of real estate management and development experience and is a role model for our industry.”
