Anthony Hall, a member of the Point Loma Pointers’ championship baseball team, was selected by the Atlanta Braves in the 35th round of the recent major league baseball draft.
Standing 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighing 195 pounds, Hall, a left-handed thrower and hitter, recorded a .366 batting average with four home runs and 33 runs batted in.
Defensively at first base he made three errors in 175 chances for an excellent .983 fielding percentage.
