Rhoads named to All-PacWest Team Callie Rhoads capped off a fantastic junior season for the Point Loma Nazarene University women’s basketball team by being named to the All-Pacific West Conference second team. Jessica Escorza also picked up an honorable mention. Rhoads led Point Loma and ranked ninth in the PacWest with 14.4 points per game. She led the conference with 2.5 treys per game while ranking second in 3-point percentage (44.2). The shooting guard from Poway High School scored in double-figures in 20 of 24 games, including reaching the 20-point plateau five times. Rhoads also hit a 3-point shot in all but one game, and connected for four or more 3-pointers in six games. Escorza was the second-leading scorer on the season for PLNU with 10.5 points per game.
