The 9,504-square-foot building at the northwest corner of Eads Avenue and Silver Street features a brick and stucco exterior with landscaping and 14 on-site parking spaces.
Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial broker represented the seller; the buyer represented itself. Primos, a private investor, intends to remodel the building and occupy the ground floor.
The sale was an all-cash, partial owner-user transaction.
