Controversial amendments to the Planned District Ordinance (PDO) to allow three stories throughout La Jolla and to increase the base density in Bird Rock will return to the La Jolla Community Planning Association for review on Thursday, May 4 at 6:30 p.m. at the La Jolla Recreation Center, 615 Prospect St. A special election will also take place during the meeting to fill a vacancy due to a trustee’s resignation that occurred after the March meeting.
