Hearts for San Diego has organized a VIP screening of “Suicide Squad” at The Lot luxury cinema at Liberty Station 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 14 in support of Angels of Warriors, a local, family-run nonprofit that assists individuals and their families suffering from life-threatening diseases. The evening of splendor and generosity includes:
General admission VIP movie screening;
Pre-movie cocktail hour with a variety of tray-passed appetizers;
Screening of the hottest super villain movie of the summer;
1 ticket good for choice of beer, wine, cocktail, soda, popcorn or candy;
1 raffle ticket. Upgrade to the Super Villain Movie Package, which consists of everything in the general admission ticket plus:
Reserved and priority seating;
Second ticket for choice of beer, wine, cocktail, soda, popcorn or candy;
$5 gift certificate to a future Hearts for San Diego FUNdraising event;
10 raffle tickets;
15 raffle tickets.
The Lot provides guests with the utmost in service, high-quality dining and cinema experience, with signature luxury leather theater recliners and in-theater dining options. In the movie, Amanda Waller, aka “The Wall,” is the director of A.R.G.U.S. (Advanced Research Group Uniting Super-Humans). She created the Suicide Squad, a team of incarcerated super-villains who perform black ops missions with a low chance of survival in exchange for the possibility of a shortened sentence. Rated PG-13.
