The San Diego Padres recently announced the club’s Baseball Night in San Diego lineup, including all-fan giveaways and events every home weekend during the upcoming Major League Baseball All-Star season. Single-game tickets for Baseball Night in San Diego games go on sale to the general public 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 28 at www.padres.com/BNISD. Single-game tickets for all remaining home games will go on sale to the general public Thursday, Feb. 11.
Baseball Night in San Diego continues with every Saturday home game featuring a giveaway or event. Highlights of this year’s lineup include the addition of technology-based giveaways for the first time as a way to enhance the fan experience at Petco Park, as well as the return of fan favorites like the fedora, Padres hoodie and a throwback replica jersey.
Many of the giveaway items feature design elements of the new Padres jerseys and wordmarks, which were unveiled in December. For instance, every fan in attendance during the Opening Series presented by Sycuan Casino against the Los Angeles Dodgers, beginning with Opening Day on Monday, April 4, will receive an Opening Series Rally Towel. Each day of the series will feature a different towel design presented by Sycuan Casino, based on the newly unveiled Padres jerseys (April 4 – commemorative home white, April 5 –brown and yellow, April 6 – Navy digital camouflage).
