Panelists include San Diego City Clerk Elizabeth Maland; former City Attorney Michael Aguirre, who will address city and county redistricting models; Vladamir Kogan of UCSD, who will speak on the Citizens’ Redistricting Committee created by Prop 11 and the Nov. 2 ballot challenge of Prop 27; and Kathay Fong, executive director of California Common Cause, who co-authored and help win passage of Prop 11 to reform state redistricting.
