Gayle Skidmore has several worthy albums to her credit, but nothing that prepares you for her latest disc, “Make Believe.” Complete with a lyric-packed coloring book, equal parts pure pop and acoustic piano/guitar tones, for fans of melody and whimsy, it simply doesn’t get better than this charming singer-songwriter.
