Accounting and tax consulting firm Moss Adams LLP has signed a ten-year, $9.47 million lease to relocate its San Diego regional offices into 18,600 square feet on the top floor of the La Jolla Commons Tower I, at 4747 Executive Drive.
The Moss Adams space, designed by ID Studios, is on the 13th floor. The company will relocate in the first quarter of next year from offices it has occupied in Stonecrest in Kearny Mesa for the past ten years. Other tenants in the tower are Prime Lending, real estate firms Cushman & Wakefield and Jones Lang LaSalle, law firm Marks, Finch, Thornton & Baird, LLP, consulting firm Tang Advisors LLC, Arrk Product Development Group USA, and LiveOps, a cloud customer service and technology firm. The tower, completed in 2006, was the first of three on the 12.3-acre campus. The second tower was recently completed and was occupied earlier this year by LPL Financing.
