WEDNESDAY, Aug. 22 Pacific Beach Middle School will host Orientation Day from 9 to 10:30 a.m. All families are welcome, but the event is primarily for incoming sixth-grade students and new students/families in the seventh and eighth grades. The orientation takes place in the auditorium. MONDAY, Aug. 27 and TUESDAY, Aug. 28 Volunteers are being sought to help with the PB Middle School packet preparation and collation activity for students. Volunteers may assist both days, beginning at 9 a.m., by signing in at the PBMS front office. Student volunteers can earn community volunteer hours.
