The Old Mission Beach Athletic Club (OMBAC) hosts its 56th annual Coming Out Party on Saturday, May 14 from noon to 10 p.m. at Mariner’s Point across from the Bahia Hotel. Pacific Beach Elementary School’s 2011 Mixer and Silent Auction takes place Saturday, May 14 at 6 p.m. to support education and give guests a chance to enjoy a night of blues music and Italian cuisine. The adult-only benefit event for the school takes place at Andrew’s Hall, 1050 Thomas Ave. Tickets reserved before May 6 are $50 per couple and $30 per single ticket. After that, tickets are $60 per couple and $35 per single ticket at the door.
