Appearing at The Marine Room on Oct. 12, Moore’s music on this night is a bit more sedate than her full-band club dates, but her voice is no less powerful, her song choices no less impressive. Anyone looking for a wonderful soundtrack to accompany first-class dining needs look no further than the perfect pairing of Mercedes Moore and The Marine Room. The Mercedes Moore Band: Friday, Oct. 12, Marine Room, 2000 Spindrift Drive. 7 p.m., www.marineroom.com
