La Jolla Community Center's 'Last Friday Jazz' and other upcoming concerts

Jazz has really come into its own over the last few years in San Diego and nowhere is this more visible than at the La Jolla Community Center’s “Last Friday Jazz” series.

Next taking place on March 22 with saxophonist Charlie Arbelaez, the series gives a spotlight to acclaimed San Diego musicians while at the same time giving local music fans a chance to hear top tier talent. Future concerts include piano genius Joshua White (April 29) and Christopher Hollyday (May 24), but whenever you drop in on this series, you will be impressed by the amazing jazz talent this city has to offer.
