On a beautiful day in February a group of local media and influencers gathered with Craig Goldberg and Dominic Carnevale, Co-Founders of inHarmony at the Saffron & Sage Wellness Center in San Diego to talk about stress and how to achieve health and wellness through sound and vibration therapy. In a conversation guided by Goldberg, a number of physical and mental concerns that often get overlooked or unaddressed were addressed.

Stress levels are up in 2023 due to economic and lifestyle factors, such as a weak job market, increasing income inequality and the effects of living in a society that is overly stimulated by devices like smartphones, computers, and TVs to the point of digital overload. These factors (and more) have led Americans into additional problems with both physical and mental health.

That’s where inHarmony comes in with technology for health and wellness. The inHarmony collection of technology products use a patented system of tech-assisted sound and vibration therapies to quickly and comfortably put the user into a deeply relaxed state.

When it was my turn for a session on the inHarmony Sound Lounge I was guided through the set-up by co-founder Goldberg. I was instructed to put headphones on so that I could listen to the custom Music Meditations and eliminate any outside noise distractions. I was encouraged to lose myself in the music and let go of any stressful thoughts that might be crowding my mind. Then I removed my shoes and settled onto their Sound Lounge. There was a soft and cozy blanket available too. As the music began to play the entire Sound Lounge began to vibrate in harmony with the music. I was surrounded. This felt amazing and immediately sent my entire body into a deep state of relaxation— just as they said it would.

As my session completed I opened my eyes and felt as if I had been transformed. I felt lighter, happier, and my entire body felt like it was tingling. I wanted to ask if I could do another session right away!

At that time, Goldberg addressed the group and shared more information about the company. It was especially interesting to learn that inHarmony has been making technology since 2016, starting with the inHarmony Sound Lounge and they have released new tech approximately every two years. The inHarmony Practitioner launched in 2018, then the inHarmony Meditation Cushion in 2020. The following year the app launched in both the Google and Apple app stores and currently has over 235 music meditations, with more on the way. They release about one new song per week. Their last three releases were “Anxiety,” “Grief” and “Abundance” as part of their “Journey of Life” series. These products are used by professionals in wellness centers, clinics and businesses as well as for personal use at private homes.

The InHarmony product the Practictioner launched in 2018 and sits atop a spa table.

Goldberg further shared the benefits of using inHarmony technology as part of a daily practice and more details about the Autonomic Nervous System and our fight or flight response. One of my favorite quotes from Goldberg at the event was, “We do this because we love the impact our technology has on human physiology and the life changing impact inHarmony has on the people that get to use it.”

The combination of vibro-tactile stimulation and vibro-acoustic technology is the most powerful in the market. Through their commitment to making high quality products and regular releases of original music meditations, inHarmony Interactive leads the industry.

Stress can affect emotions, behavior, and bodies in lots of different ways. Sometimes it is easy to perceive stress while other times, people miss the signs and push through. Feeling irritable, anxious, depressed, have vision problems, difficulty sleeping, mood swings, panic attacks, fatigue, weight gain and more are all possible symptoms of stress.

InHarmony’s original product, the Sound Lounge.

All three of the inHarmony products deliver fast and effective benefits to the whole body. Within seconds of sitting on the inHarmony Meditation Cushion or laying down on the inHarmony Sound Lounge or inHarmony Practitioner, participants experience a deeply centering mind-body experience. In as little as 11-minutes, they report muscle relaxation, lymphatic drainage, stress reduction, and a more relaxed nervous system.

Ultimately the suite of inHarmony products deliver fast and effective whole body relaxation. The inHarmony community is on a mission to revolutionize America’s approach to mental, physical, and spiritual well-being through sound and vibration. They encourage each person to spend at least 11 minutes a day meditating with inHarmony technology in order to support physical and mental wellness. At inHarmony we can all “say goodbye to a distracted mind and say hello to a relaxed existence.”
