UNIVERSITY CITY — The San Diego City Council will hold a public meeting to discuss the I-5 North Coast Corridor High Occupancy Vehicle/Managed Lanes project on Tuesday, Aug. 3 from 5 to 8 p.m. in the Forum Hall at Westfield UTC, 4545 La Jolla Village Drive. The project proposes to add HOV/Managed Lanes, auxiliary lanes and one potential general-purpose lane in each direction between La Jolla Village Drive and Camp Pendleton.
