Chico’s Angels, three beautiful and comedic Latina drag queens, will kick up their cha-cha heels, while Tootie & the Lips Girls will be performing throughout the evening. Additional performances by the Dreamgirls and Tantrums & Tiaras contestants will highlight the evening. Il Circo performers will be roaming the festival and entertaining guests, too.
