The Animal Protection & Rescue League and La Jolla Friends of the Seals will be in court this morning, July 22, at 9 a.m. before Judge Barton in San Diego Superior Court Dept. 69, 330 W. Broadway St., fifth floor, to seek a preliminary injunction requiring Mayor Jerry Sanders to replace the rope barrier at the Children’s Pool immediately.
