The National Weather Service has issued an excessive heat warning for San Diego County deserts and valleys from Monday (Aug. 28) until 10 p.m. Wednesday (Aug. 30). Expected highs: 110-116 degrees in the deserts and 98-106 degrees in the valleys.
A heat advisory has been issued for San Diego County mountain and coastal areas from 10 a.m. Aug. 28 until 10 p.m. Wednesday (Aug. 30). Expected highs: 90s–102 degrees.
