Beginning in June we will return to in-person meetings at Benjamin Library with continuing availability of hybrid attendance by Zoom. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The new schedule beginning in June 2023:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The Board of Directors will convene its meetings on the First Monday of each even numbered month at 6 p.m.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The AGGCC will hold its town hall meetings on the first Monday of each odd numbered month at 6 p.m.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The last purely remote\/by Zoom meeting will be the town hall meeting on Tuesday, May 23, 6:30 p.m. The meeting will feature information about the many programs at Benjamin Library. Formal notice will be coming out soon.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The first meeting of the Board of Directors under the new schedule will be on Monday, June 5, 6 p.m. We will meet at Benjamin Library and the notice of the meeting will offer participation by Zoom. This will be our first attempt at a hybrid meeting. Wish us luck.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The first town hall meeting under the new schedule will be on Monday, July 3, 6 p.m. at Benjamin Library. The notice of meeting will include the means to join by Zoom.
