The Kouign-Amann is drizzled with a genius sprinkle of salt that will stay on your mind for days.<\/p>\n<p>The owners, siblings Willy Wu Jye Hwa and Karine Beers, are local graduates that couldn\u2019t bear to travel across the sea for the delicacies now served at their eatery.
