Our annual Robotics Showcase Extravaganza is back for 2023. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Join us on Saturday, April 15, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the library\u2019s lower parking lot for the robotics showcase. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Robotics teams from local schools and the San Carlos neighborhood will display their robotic creations and run mock competitions. Between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., stop by the Winer Family Community Room & Art Gallery to make your own interactive robotic craft.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Artist, Carol Mansfield, will be displaying her acrylic paintings through April 3 in the Winer Family Community Room & Art Gallery. She also dabbles in experimental work with mixed media and collage. Join her for her Artist\u2019s Reception on March 18 from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Do Your Homework @ the Library is available at the San Carlos Branch Library. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Our Homework Center is open to all K-8 students and provides free assistance with homework assignments. Tutor Learning Coordinators are available to guide and support student learning. The center is open on Monday to Thursday from 3 p.m.to 6 p.m.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Join us for Storytime on every Thursday morning from 10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Storytellers, Ms. Erin and Ms. Pam, read books, sing songs, and teach children about early literacy. Come ready to learn, laugh, and move.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The San Carlos Friends of the Library Used Book Sales are back on the first Saturday of each month from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Come buy books and support the Friends of the Library. Ask for a membership envelope from the book sale cashiers to join or donate to the San Carlos Friends of the Library. Book donations can be dropped off during library open hours.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
