His insurance coverage practice involves representation of policyholders and insurance companies in a variety of insurance coverage disputes primarily involving property damage or bodily injury arising out of construction defect and asbestos claims. He also represents policyholders and insurers in breach contract, declaratory relief, bad faith, unlawful business practices and Insurance Code Section 11580 claims.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Marshall is chair of the business & corporate transaction and real estate law practice groups. He has extensive experience in all phases of real estate sales, purchases, leasing and financing corporate organizations, acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships and regularly represents businesses in transactions. He is also adept in tax matters, tax planning and tax controversy resolution, and handles estate planning. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
