Owner\/manager Adam Zack and the entire team at Jensens Market, located in Point Loma since 2016, have been awarded the Optimist Club of Point Loma\u2019s most recent \u201cGratitude Award\u201d at an Optimist fundraiser at the Point Loma Assembly, Thursday, Oct. 27.<\/p>\n

This award recognized Jensens\u2019 continued assistance in the Point Loma Optimists\u2019 missions of supporting Peninsula youth, the local communities, and the Rosecrans flag program, through the store\u2019s charity fundraising events on behalf of the Optimist Club and its nonprofit foundation. Jensens supports Point Loma Optimist gatherings and social events.<\/p>\n

The Jensens staff has worked hard to provide excellent service over the years to support many other organizations\u2019 charitable events, as well.
