Otherwise, you will need to make a trip in person to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sdvote.com\/content\/rov\/en\/ContactUs\/temp-contact-election.html\">Registrar\u2019s office in Kearny Mesa<\/a>\u00a0or visit a vote center starting Saturday, Oct. 29 to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sdvote.com\/content\/rov\/en\/Registration\/conditional_registration.html\">conditionally register<\/a>\u00a0and vote provisionally through Election Day.<\/p>\n<p>Registering to vote is quick and easy and can be done online at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sdvote.com\/content\/rov\/en\/Registration.html\">sdvote.com<\/a>. You will need to register to vote if you:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>are not registered in San Diego County<\/li>\n<li>recently moved<\/li>\n<li>changed your name<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If your signature is confirmed through records at the California Department of Motor Vehicles, your registration will automatically be sent to the Registrar\u2019s office. If your signature is not confirmed, you can print the form, sign it and return it to the Registrar\u2019s office by 5 p.m. on Oct. 24.<\/p>\n<p>Registration forms must be postmarked or delivered to the Registrar\u2019s office by Oct. 24. Voters may also register online until midnight.<\/p>\n<p>If you don\u2019t have access to a computer, you may request a registration form. Call (800) 696-0136 or email\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:rovmail@sdcounty.ca.gov\">rovmail@sdcounty.ca.gov<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Not sure if you\u2019re registered to vote?
