LA Fitness<\/span><\/a><\/u><\/span> has opened a new 37,000-square-foot gym in Mission Valley\u2019s Civita community at 2348 Russell Park Way. It is the third business to open in the master-planned community.<\/span><\/p>\n

The upscale gym features a wide array of functional training equipment, a full weight room, <\/span>Olympic power squat racks,<\/span><\/span> cycling, an indoor pool, personal training, an infrared sauna, whirlpool and group fitness classes in Zumba, yoga, cycling, and kickboxing. The Kids Klub is available for childcare.<\/span><\/p>\n

The gym is open Monday through Thursday from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m.; Friday from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.; and on weekends from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.<\/span><\/p>\n

Founded in Southern California in 1984 and known for innovative amenities and a highly-trained staff, LA Fitness provides fun and effective workout options to family members of all ages and interests.<\/span><\/p>\n

LA Fitness is located within the first phase of The Row at Civita, a shopping, dining, entertainment, hospitality, office and residential destination that will stretch from Russell Park Way to Qualcomm Way along Civita Boulevard, incorporating the equivalent of nine city blocks.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Row at Civita is designed for approximately 380,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment venues; 170,000 square feet of office space; up to 735 residential units; and a hotel with up to 150 rooms. The mixed-use development is planned to include a grocery store, movie theater, restaurants, shops, services, outdoor dining venues, gathering spaces and beautifully landscaped plazas with dramatic water features.<\/span><\/p>\n
