Get a little bit of everything when the annual Coast of Pacific Beach Restaurant Walk returns April 17.<br \/>The local eateries included in this year&#8217;s beach-area culinary event, sponsored by Discover Pacific Beach, are as diverse as the community itself.<br \/>&#8220;The Coast Walk features an eclectic mix of restaurants with an amazing backdrop &#8221; the Pacific Ocean,&#8221; said Sara Woodcock of Discover Pacific Beach. &#8220;It&#8217;s a great deal at $15 for samples from 18 locations. Even better, the money helps clean up the neighborhood you love and enjoy every day.&#8221;<br \/>The lineup for the Coast of Pacific Beach Restaurant Walk includes old favorites like Bub&#8217;s Dive Bar, Nick&#8217;s at the Beach, Zan-zibar, Gringo&#8217;s Cantina, Theo&#8217;s, Hennessey&#8217;s Tavern, Joe&#8217;s Crab Shack, Kaf\u00e9 Yen, JRDN at Tower 23, Filippi&#8217;s Pizza Grotto, as well as some newcomers.<br \/>Limonz, Belgian Frie, and Johnny V are all making their debut at year&#8217;s popular springtime event.<br \/>The restaurant walk not only allows guests to sample a variety of foods from several establishments they may not otherwise patronize, it also promotes local business.<br \/>&#8220;We love supporting the PB Restaurant Walk,&#8221; said Brock Hammond, general manager of Daddio&#8217;s. &#8220;What a great way to get out and taste signature dishes from PB&#8217;s best restaurants and support local businesses.&#8221;<br \/>Tickets for the restaurant walk are $15, cash or check only, and available with a map at Filippi&#8217;s Pizza Grotto (962 Garnet Ave.), Discover Pacific Beach (1503 Garnet Ave.) and Gringo&#8217;s Cantina (4474 Mission Blvd.)<br \/>The self-guided walking tour runs from 5 to 9 p.m. and features coastal restaurants along Mission Boulevard from Pacific Beach Drive north to Diamond Street and along Garnet Avenue east to Cass Street.<br \/>For more information call (858) 273-3303.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Have a craving for Italian or Greek?
