Winners were as follows: \u2022 Lindsey Roland, Judges Award First Place ($200); \u2022 Betty Deever, Judges Award Second Place ($150); \u2022 Brock Scott, Peoples Choice First Place ($250); \u2022 Cory Loughlin, Peoples Choice Second Place ($150); \u2022 Tracy Scott, Peoples Choice Third Place ($100); \u2022 Hang Ten, Best Decoration; \u2022 Da Hula Hut (Tiny\u2019s Tavern), Best 92107 Entry; \u2022 Brock Scott, Hottest Chili Award; \u2022 Steve Dohrman, Judge\u2019s Special Award; \u2022 Bravo\u2019s Mexican Bistro, Judge\u2019s Choice, Restaurant Division; and \u2022 Bravo\u2019s Mexican Bistro, People\u2019s Choice, Restaurant Division.
