The medical examiner\u2019s office is still awaiting DNA confirmation on the body that was found in a burning car at UCSD on Oct. 29. The memorial service will be held at Templo Cristiano Alpha y Omega Church in Rancho Santa Fe at 5 p.m. Saturday. Medical examiner officials ruled the death a homicide last week. UCSD police responded to a vehicle fire at 9:20 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 29, in a parking lot in the 3600 block of Voigt Drive. Firefighters discovered the body of a female inside the car after putting out the fire, according to police.
