The Redevelopment Agency-owned site will be managed by Sunset Parking with daily rates ranging from $5 to $17 (special event rate). Monthly permits are also available. A $1.5 million grant from the Orphan Site Cleanup Account Program (OSCA) was used to fund a majority of the remediation work.
