SeaWorld educators discussed with the nearly 400 students misconceptions about sharks while showing the schoolchildren different shark jaws so they could compare and contrast sizes. Educators also gave a live animal presentation, which included a legless lizard, an owl and an alligator. The school presentation is all part of &#8220;SeaWorld\u2019s Halloween Spooktacular.&#8221; During the month of October, educators visited a variety of area schools to dispel myths about many of its misunderstood animals. &#8220;SeaWorld\u2019s Halloween Spooktactular,&#8221; an ocean inspired Halloween event, begin at 1 p.m. on weekends through Oct. 31.
