The power went out at 2:43 a.m. and was quickly restored to the 3,500 customers affected. However, one traffic light and one area business remained without power until 8:50 a.m. SDG&#038;E crewmembers worked on the damaged transformer from 4:45 to 8:50 a.m., when power was restored to all affected customers.
