Keona Kazuo Ferreira of Escondido was initially transported via ambulance to Scripps Hospital after his father pulled him from Mission Bay after their 18-foot Coleman canoe capsized, said Lt. James Filley of the San Diego Police Department\u2019s Northern Division. The Medical Examiner\u2019s Office does not yet know the cause of death. &#8220;All indications at this point show that this was nothing more than a tragic accident,&#8221; Filley said.
