A 43-year-old female in a Ford was parked at the east curbline of 5300 La Jolla Mesa Drive. She pulled from the curb to attempt a U-turn at Linda Rosa Avenue. When she attempted the move, she violated the motorcyclist&#8217;s right of way. The motorcyclist struck the left side of Ford and sustained an open fracture of his right fibula.
