Today, the much-loved Point Loma wine bar announces its expansion to explore Tijuana and Ensenada\u2019s booming craft beer and street food scene.\u00a0<br \/>\n&#8220;Both Fernando and I are very passionate about Mexico\u2019s culinary diversity,&#8221; says Hanshaw. &#8220;We\u2019ve loved planning quick trips across the border for the wine enthusiast and now we look forward to providing a new opportunity for those beer enthusiasts.&#8221;<br \/>\nThe first trip is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 22. Guests will depart from The Wine Pub for a cross-border journey in mini buses. Notable stops include:<br \/>\nA taco vs. tostada showdown in Tijuana;<br \/>\nWalkthrough at Mercado Hidalgo to experience Tijuana\u2019s local culture and fresh produce;<br \/>\nUncover why Anthony Bourdain called Ensenada\u2019s La Guerrerense &#8220;the best street cart in the world&#8221;;<br \/>\nFish tacos at the iconic El Fenix;<br \/>\nBrewery tour and beer tastings at Cervecer\u00eda Agua Mala and Wendlandt Cervecer\u00eda;<br \/>\nDinner by the water at Popotla Fisherman\u2019s Village;<br \/>\nEvening sips at Plaza Fiesta\u2019s craft beer garden.<br \/>\nEach experience includes round trip transportation from The Wine Pub, all street food and craft beer pairings at each stop and exclusive brewery visits.
