This experienced barista, who is also the manager of the store, routinely converses with her customers, many of whom she gets to know on a first-name basis. She says remembering people\u2019s names and drink preferences takes practice and that having fun in her spare time helps keep her cheerful at work. &#8220;Customer service is the biggest deal here at Better Buzz and that\u2019s just something that I feel is important. So I just do everything and anything to make sure the customers are satisfied. From the moment they walk in my door or pull into my drive-through, I have three minutes with them to make their day and I would rather not break it. &#8220;So that\u2019s why I just go above and beyond. I try to live life as happy as possible and do things that make me happy outside of work. I live in the greatest city ever\u2026so I can\u2019t really complain. I try to really associate their names with someone else in my life so it just pops up. Drinks are a lot easier for me to remember.
